Based in Kent, in the south east of England we are one of the few UK magnesium foundries producing high quality magnesium sand castings and aluminium sand castings with associated pattern making and machining services.

As a magnesium foundry we are relatively unusual in that we specialise in low volume orders i.e. from 1off to 1000 off. We manufacture a wide range of castings from a few grammes in weight such as motorbike tappet covers, upto 160kg for parts to test aircraft turbines.

Specialising in cast parts for applications in motorsport quality is paramount.

We can take an original part from a vintage Bentley and replicate it using the original alone for information. Or conversely we can manufacture the latest Formula One design from CADCAM data using the newly developed Elektron 21 magnesium alloy..

This flexibility is obviously very transferable for prototype work and specialised engineering applications requiring low volume magnesium or aluminium castings from a foundry specialising in just that.
